An AI answer has room for three brands.
Yours is one of them. Or it isn't.
It is no longer just the text AI writes. It is the products it shows with prices and stars, the Amazon assistant that picks for you, the press, reviews and forums all of it comes from. We measure that whole layer with our own software, every week, and we do the work that changes the answer.
We run your buyers' questions where they actually ask them: assistants, the products AI shows with prices, maps and reviews. You don't get a report. You get the fixes shipped, measured week over week, and the models that anticipate the next answer.
Do you know what the AI answers when someone asks about your category?
We run the questions and tell you. Hundreds of real buyer questions across eleven AI engines and surfaces. You learn who shows up in your place and which pages decide the answer. Then we deal with it.

56% of Portuguese B2B SaaS is not recommended by any of the four AI assistants in its own category.
We audited 45 Portuguese B2B SaaS companies across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. 96% have no policy at all for AI crawlers; 31% are completely invisible. Primary data, method published, datasets free to reuse.
Nobody else has run this. Vendors publish surveys; we ran the queries and published the dataset, so anyone can check the number instead of trusting it. That is the same method we run on a client, on the first day.

What to demand from anyone selling you GEO. And where we sign.
Use this table with any vendor, including us. Every line in our column has public proof. That is the difference between a technology company and a promise.
| The criterion | destaque.ai | Common market practice |
|---|---|---|
| Measures with its own technology, every week? | Yes: Periscopy, 11 engines and surfaces. See the product → | Third-party tools, or one-off measurement on request. |
| Is the methodology published and auditable? | Yes: SINAL, 8 dimensions, 4 horizons, signed. | Internal method, rarely published. |
| Produces primary research on the market? | Yes: original data studies and an observatory of commerce inside AI. See the research → | Cites third-party studies, almost always from other markets. |
| Monitors forums and community, where engines source opinions? | Yes: Reddit, Hacker News and local forums, with sentiment analysis. | Out of scope in most proposals. |
| Shows AI crawlers reading your site? | Yes: GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot, cross-referenced with visibility. | Usually not measured at all. |
| Does every action get a before/after reading? | Yes: action date and citation before vs after, in the panel. | Activity reports: what was done, not what changed. |
| And if you leave? | You keep the implemented work, the documentation and the history. No lock-in. | Varies. Worth asking before you sign. |
"Common practice" describes the market pattern, not any specific vendor. There are exceptions. And if you find one that fills the whole column, compare us line by line.
AI visibility is the flag. The whole base comes with it.
Measurement comes first: our own tracker watches 11 engines and surfaces every week, from inside your market. We do not sell it on its own. What you get is the full package of being found: technical SEO, local SEO, reputation, and the AI layer on top. A technology company that turns its own numbers into a plan ready to execute, proved action by action: the opposite of a full-service agency that added GEO to the list.
Periscopy is included.
Our own platform measures your visibility across eleven engines and surfaces, week after week, for digital and local brands. Competitors, reputation, press and the technical state of the site, and from there the work done, with the effect measured the following week. Not an add-on: it is the service.
One system. Not separate services.
Everything we measure feeds one brain, the SINAL method, and everything it decides becomes a product you use and work we carry out. Top to bottom, no black box.

Digital and local brands.
SaaS, software, platforms, e-commerce.
Appearing when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity about your category. On-site work (technical SEO, schema, extractable content) and off-site work (topical authority, mentions in the sources the models read).
Clinics, restaurants, tourism, retail.
Appearing in local answers inside Google AI Mode and in assistant recommendations for your area. Google Business Profile, reviews, consistent name and address, local directories, geographic signals on the site.
The mechanics differ; the principle is the same. Be quotable by the models before the click ever happens.
Search became a conversation. And that conversation has room for three brands.
This is not a future trend, it is the current state. Most companies still optimise for the Google results page, the ecosystem Google itself is replacing.
Google AI Mode went from zero to a billion users in twelve months. Queries doubled every quarter since launch.
The search box stopped being a blank line. It takes text, images, files, video and browser tabs, and answers with interfaces built on the spot.
Google now builds a custom layout per answer: simulations, dashboards, interactive tables. The list of links is officially winding down.

11 engines and surfaces. Two routes each.
MODELS, QUERIED BY API
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral and Perplexity. Each capable one runs twice: once from training memory, once with live web search. Reporting a single blended number hides which of the two is working, and they are won by completely different work.
SURFACES, AS A PERSON SEES THEM
Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot. Not models: what a real person sees inside Google and Bing, queried from your country and in your language. They return different answers per market, and they do not always agree with the models.
Four phases. No black box. All documented.
We do not sell magic. We sell a plan you can read, execute and compare against a result. International platforms measure visibility; what is usually missing is not data, it is someone who knows what to do with it in your market and your sales cycle. We work in that layer, and we are accountable for the number at the end.
Diagnosis
We map your presence across 11 engines and surfaces with real buyer questions from your category, in your language. Where you are, where competitors are, and the exact gap.
Build
Schema, llms.txt, quotable content, work on the pages that decide. We implement directly or brief your team.
Authority
Placement in the sources the models read: technical directories, comparisons, sector publications. Active construction of external citation.
Operation
Weekly measurement, monthly report, continuous adjustment. Direct access over a shared Slack or Teams channel.
Without measurement. With measurement.
Today · where you are
- A buyer asks ChatGPT and gets three brands. None of them is yours.
- Nobody on your team can say what the models answer today.
- Your agency still talks about the results page, while Google itself has said that paradigm is winding down.
- Competitors have been cited for months and nothing was done about it.
In six months · where you can be
- Consistent citation across the engines that matter in your category, measured week after week.
- Share of voice against your real competitors, named, updated weekly.
- Before and after each action, so the effect is measured and not asserted.
- A written plan across four horizons, starting with what pays back fastest.
Quoted per market.
We quote after the free measurement. Three stages, and you can stop at any of them.
Free measurement
Five critical questions from your category, the real answers, and a written read of where you stand. No commitment, and you keep the output.
Diagnostic
Full technical audit, entity foundation, presence across at least 30 buyer questions run five times each, benchmark against your real competitors, and a prioritised plan across four horizons.
Continuous tracking
Periscopy running weekly on your brand, plus the work that moves the numbers, with proof before and after each action.
What people ask before the call.
+Do you work outside Portugal?
Yes. Measurement is localised to your market: the Google and Bing surfaces are queried from your country and in your language, because a user in London does not see what a user in Lisbon sees for the same question. Reporting is in English.
+Is this SEO?
Classical SEO is the substrate and still produces most of the lift. It is not sufficient: a model can rank you well in search and never mention you in an answer, because the answer is assembled from what it knows and what it retrieves, not from a ranked list.
+How long does it take?
The live-search route moves in weeks. The training-memory route moves in months, because it depends on sources that third parties publish and models absorb. Anyone promising ChatGPT presence in thirty days is improvising.
+What do you actually report?
Citation rate, share of voice against your real competitors, average position, tone, and the sources each engine cites. We do not report estimated impressions or potential reach, because those are not measured, they are imagined.
+You are in Lisbon. Why does that work for my market?
Because the measurement is localised, not translated. The engines are queried from your country, in your language, against the competitors your buyers actually see, and a user in London does not get the answer a user in Lisbon gets. What does not travel is the source landscape: the publications, platforms and communities your category reads are yours, and mapping them is the first fortnight of work rather than an assumption.
+Who else does this?
Tool vendors sell you a dashboard and leave the work to you. Agencies sell you SEO with an AI paragraph attached. We publish the research the field cites, run the measurement ourselves, and hand you the actions in priority order. If a tool is a better fit for your case, we will say so.
+How much does it cost?
We quote after the free measurement, once we have seen how many questions, engines and competitors your category needs.
Your brand exists.
The AI does not know it.
We measure where you stand across 11 engines and surfaces, who shows up in your place, and the pages that decide. No cost, no commitment. You decide from there.
